1. About Freedom Closer HQ

Freedom Closer HQ is a sales training and education program operated by JR Michael LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The website provides information about the program, accepts applications, and may connect applicants with scheduling, video, payment, or communication services.

The program is educational. It is not an employment agency, franchise, investment opportunity, or promise of employment, placement, income, or business results.

2. Eligibility and applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, enrollment, access to a cohort, or an invitation to book a call. We may decline an application or discontinue a conversation at our discretion.

3. Calls, enrollment, and payment

A booked call is a conversation about fit and next steps. A booking does not create an enrollment agreement or require either party to proceed.

If you enroll in a paid program, the applicable price, payment schedule, deliverables, cancellation rights, and refund policy will be provided in the enrollment agreement, checkout page, or other written terms presented to you before payment. Those terms control if they conflict with this page.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying amounts when due. We may suspend access to paid materials or services for overdue amounts, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

4. Educational disclaimer

The training and information provided by Freedom Closer HQ are for educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, mental-health, or other professional advice. You should seek advice from a qualified professional for decisions that require it.

We may update, replace, or discontinue curriculum, coaches, sessions, tools, schedules, and other program elements. We will use reasonable efforts to provide the material features described in your applicable enrollment terms.

5. No guarantees or earnings claims

We do not guarantee that you will close sales, obtain a job or client, earn any amount of money, recover your investment, or achieve a particular result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your experience, effort, market conditions, offer quality, and available opportunities.

6. Acceptable use and participant conduct

The website, brand, curriculum, videos, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, text, graphics, and other materials provided by the Company are owned by or licensed to JR Michael LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your applicable enrollment terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use program materials for your own education. You may not sell, publish, license, reproduce, upload, share, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of original material you submit, but you grant us permission to use it as reasonably necessary to operate, administer, and improve the website and program. We will not publicly use a testimonial or identifiable success story without the permissions required by applicable law.
